Our promise to you
Our approach

Care for the whole self.

Guided by Qur'anic teachings and Prophetic wisdom. Open to people of all ages and stages of life.

Maristan's Islamic Spiritual Care offers faith-based support that nurtures both mental health and spiritual identity within an Islamic framework. It centers your story in a deeply meaningful way — bringing more meaning into your life. As intermediaries we recommend support for your faith.

This is what we do for you
  1. i.Navigating a difficult life transition.
  2. ii.Experiencing emotional or spiritual distress.
  3. iii.Seeking faith-centered support.
  4. iv.Looking for someone to listen and help you make sense.
Please note: Chaplaincy is not a substitute for licensed mental-health therapy.

A non-clinical space, made with care.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. They are not therapy, counseling, or the issuing of religious rulings. Instead, it's a compassionate presence that helps you explore faith, purpose, resilience, and healing.

Spiritual reflection

A grounded conversational space to make sense of how faith fits into your life today.

Emotional support

Compassionate, listening-led care that holds emotional weight in moments of need.

Faith exploration

Guided exploration into the meaning of Allah's wisdom and Prophetic teaching in your life.

Ongoing presence

Continuous companionship; not just for crisis but for the unfolding of a meaningful life.
